Healthcare Industry

WiSM will be well suited for the needs of clinics and hospitals. WiSM allows you to manage staff availability and specialization or service. This combination provides flexibility to meet most of the common scenarios clinics and hospitals need.

As an example, some of the hospitals have doctors working in shifts or for few hours whereas the clinics and hospitals will be open 24 hours for outpatient or specific services. In such scenarios, the organization can be set up to be open 24 hours. Multiple doctors (staff) can be added, and their status can be set to Active or Inactive based on their availability. To further extend the scenario, doctors can be grouped by specialization such as Outpatient, Paediatrics, Ortho, etc. and one or more doctors can be assigned to each area of specialization.

Alternate Medicine

WiSM will be very well suited to cater all the needs of alternate medicine providers such as Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, Unani, Homoeo, Siddha, etc. The organizations that fall under these categories can be set up based on services offered such as consultation or medicine pick up or treatment sessions. Timings can be maintained at organization level as well as staff availability.

For Yoga centers, sessions can be set up for individuals or for groups. You may use the form customization feature to collect additional details such as Age, Gender, Follow-up visit, etc.

Medical Labs

WiSM will be a perfect fit for Medical Laboratories to enhance the services provided to your customers by reducing their wait time! WiSM allows you to set up Services such as Fasting Glucose Test, CBC, Ultrasound, MRI Scan, etc. and define the default time it takes to perform the test. If there are multiple Lab Technicians working in your organization, you may assign one or more staff to Services. You can maintain details about the test (ex. ‘No food or water 12 hours prior to test’ for CBC test service) in the ‘Description’ which will be displayed to the customer. You can use the Custom Fields feature to collect additional details about the customer such as Age, Gender, Type of Test, Test Last Taken, etc. Using the Dashboards, you can do an analysis of frequently availed services, customer rating, average time it took, distance travelled by customer, etc. which can be used for optimizing your services!
